I've been using object dock for a while now, and have been using the weather docklet that came with it. Now, for the last couple of days, the weather docklet is unable to update...it just shows a big question mark. I've tried right clicking and updating it, and also re-entering my location (zip code). I've also tried deleting the icon, then going through the Configure Dock to place a new one on the dock...but no luck! I noticed the docklet uses www.weather.com to get the weather information.

Any ideas how to get it working again?

thanks for the reply brazil...if I knew how to change the source website, I would try it.

If you are talking about the DesktopWeather object, change the website from www.weather.com to beta.weather.com. That will fix it up.

You can't access the dll to change it though unless you have the right tools. A fixed dll for the weather docklet appears in the stardock.objectdock newsgroup however.

Ok, simpler question. The weather docklet doesn't work, so how can it be removed?

Been driving me nuts too...I can get the city but no temps...Just the question mark and N/A...I looked in the stardock.objectdock newsgroups but couldn't find the new .dll

I have made a new thread on the newsgroup containing the dll from Paul Andrews. It was intially hidden inside a thread and therefore difficult to find.
